Hi, I’m Jo Berry, founder of Jo Berry Beauty LLC. I help beauty schools strengthen admissions systems, improve follow-up, and create a smoother enrollment experience for future students. With nearly 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, along with hands-on admissions and school leadership experience, I bring a rare combination of industry insight, operational strategy, and a genuine love for helping future beauty professionals succeed.I’ve been brought into multiple schools to improve their lead journey, build follow-up systems, and support students from inquiry all the way to start date. My work is focused on helping schools reduce missed opportunities, stay organized, and create admissions systems that are simple enough for teams to actually use. In my most recent role, I helped grow one school from 30 current students to 80 starts, with 35 additional students enrolled and waiting to start over an eight-month period.I care deeply about this industry because I’ve lived it, worked in it, and seen firsthand how much the right systems can change outcomes for both schools and students. My goal is to help beauty schools turn more prospects into enrollments, more enrollments into starts, and create a more intentional, student-centered admissions experience.
